Job Description:
Responsibilities:
(1) Overall administrative and strategic leadership for the clinical operations of Nurses for Newborns Foundation.
(2) Comprehensive day-to-day clinical operations including supervision of management staff.
Integration of contractual programs into NFNF standard programs.
(3) Successful implementation and ongoing supervision of the operation of all Federal and State contracted clinical operations.
(4) Currency of clinical program standards.
(5) Clinical team leadership.
(6) Collaborate and cooperate with other divisional clinical staff.
(7) Senior Administrative Team participation.
(8) Linkage between clinical services and other agency departments.
(9) Supervised by and reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements
The CNO will have:
(1) 10 years experience in maternal, child and family health, public health, or a related field preferred.
(2) Detail orientation with a strong project management background. Federal project management experience will be a plus.
(3) Proven administrative, mentoring, team-building and leadership skills.
(4) Enthusiasm about the NFNF mission, forward-thinking and creative, with high ethical standards.
(5) Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(6) Missouri nursing license.
(7) Ability to travel, as required.
(8) Technological experience and appreciation for NFNF’s dynamic client database.
(9) Masters degree preferred.
